Desperate Search Continues for Missing Boy in L.A. County

Authorities in Lancaster are currently conducting a search for a missing teenager, Adrianne Maurice Sorto, aged 14, as reported by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Sorto was last sighted on December 18 around 3 p.m. in Lancaster.
His family revealed that Sorto has a history of running away and is diagnosed with High-Functioning Autism. Authorities suspect that he might be heading towards the vicinity of either 23rd or 25th Street in L.A.
Sorto stands at 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs around 120 pounds, and has brown eyes with long black hair tied up in a bun. During his last sighting, he was dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt. Concerns for his safety have heightened as there has been no contact from him since then.
Those who may have any information regarding Sorto’s whereabouts are urged to reach out to LASD’s Lancaster Station at 661-948-8466. Sorto’s family and authorities hope that public assistance may aid in locating him promptly.
