Ihsanullah bowls fastest spell in PSL history

Multan Sultans pacer, Ihsanullah, had a dream night as he bowled the fastest four-over spell ever recorded by a bowler in HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) history.

Ihsanullah bowled at average speed of 144.37 kph, as reported by CricViz. He has gone past Haris Rauf’s fiery spell against Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 7, in which the Qalandars’ pacer had bowled at an average speed of 144.16 kph.

The lanky pacer was breathing fire from his first over as he removed Sarfaraz Ahmed with a delivery over 150 kph.

Ihsanullah picked up five wickets in his four-over spell, while conceding only 12 runs, thus helping his team bowl out Quetta Gladiators for 110.

Naseem Shah (143.73 kph), Mohammad Hasnain (143.41 kph) and Wahab Riaz (143.33 kph) are next in line, in terms of bowling the fastest four-over spell.
