Dr. Kashif Ansari – Sports Promoter, Cricket Analyst & Advisor of Peshawar Zalmi Team in PSL – Pakistan Super League, shared his viewpoints on the current situation of Pakistan Cricket and PCB.
In this video he asked, “What to do Now?” on the T20 squad. He raised questions on the selection of Khushdil Shah, Shahdab Khan and other players as well. He disclosed that from the past 4 years every chief selector of PCB only cared for his position and pay and never looked or cared for Pakistan or the betterment of Pakistan Cricket.
He asked moreover on what basis Khushdil Shah, Sohaib Maqsood and Azeem Khan were added on the squad as they didn’t show any kind of performance so far.
He asked the people to ask Misbah-ul-Haq and the selectors who didn’t have any good off-spinner or any good middle order batsmen so far for Pakistan.
He added that due to the involvement of Wassem Akram and advises to Imran Khan, Rameez raja is now the new chairmen of PCB. He also talked on selection of Imad Waseem, who showed his last performance in 2019 T20 match against Afghanistan but now his bawling is predictable, and batsmen easily play shots on his bawls. For Muhammad Hasnain he said that he is only capable for bawling the bouncers. For Muhammad Nawaz he felt sorry that his talent was waisted due to lack of Inzaam, Misbah ul Haq and Waqar Younis.
He praised Muhammad Rizwan saying that he is becoming the shining star of Pakistan, he truly is the one who plays for the sake of Pakistan. He also Shaheen Shah Afridi for his unbeatable performance.
He has predicted for Babar Azam that under the chairmanship of Rameez raja he would also be fired from captaincy.
According to him this team is not even capable to win a 10 over match, how this is going to win T20 World cup. Pakistan Cricket has no talent so far, as PCB is not working on discovering the new talent. Now Allah is the only one who can save Pakistan from such misery.
