Facebook revealed on Wednesday that users would be able to configure their feeds and have power over who can comment on their posts.
The company will also provide a Feed Filter Bar, which will allow users to choose between showing content in the order it was posted or using an algorithmic ranking system.
Users can control who can comment on any public post by selecting options such as allowing anyone who can see the post to comment or allowing only individuals and pages they tag to comment, according to a Facebook blog post.
